The Egg+Beef+Cheese Thingy

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 500g ground beef
  • 250g brie cheese (or whatever you'd prefer)

Instructions

  • Fry up the ground beef till it's well done.
  • Cut up the cheese into easily meltable pieces, add to the beef
  • Crack the eggs and add to the beef
  • Fry everything together and make sure you mix it well; some cheeses do not mix easily...
  • Eat

The Tomato+Beef Thingy

Ingredients

  • 500 to 1000g ground beef
  • 3 or 4 cans of finely chopped tomatoes (ca 400g in each can, of which 250g are tomato)
  • 0.5L mornay sauce
  • Spices: Chili, Garlic, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, concentrated vegetable spice cubes, etc...

Instructions

  • Fry up the ground beef till it's well done.
  • Meanwhile, put the rest in a pot and set it on medium heat (enough to make it boil eventually without making it burn)
  • Once the beef is ready, add it to the pot. Stir to get it all mixed around.
  • Let it cook for 30-50 minutes, stir every 10-15 minutes or so.
  • Eat
