The Egg+Beef+Cheese Thingy
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 500g ground beef
- 250g brie cheese (or whatever you'd prefer)
Instructions
- Fry up the ground beef till it's well done.
- Cut up the cheese into easily meltable pieces, add to the beef
- Crack the eggs and add to the beef
- Fry everything together and make sure you mix it well; some cheeses do not mix easily...
- Eat
The Tomato+Beef Thingy
Ingredients
- 500 to 1000g ground beef
- 3 or 4 cans of finely chopped tomatoes (ca 400g in each can, of which 250g are tomato)
- 0.5L mornay sauce
- Spices: Chili, Garlic, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, concentrated vegetable spice cubes, etc...
Instructions
- Fry up the ground beef till it's well done.
- Meanwhile, put the rest in a pot and set it on medium heat (enough to make it boil eventually without making it burn)
- Once the beef is ready, add it to the pot. Stir to get it all mixed around.
- Let it cook for 30-50 minutes, stir every 10-15 minutes or so.
- Eat
